some of the unexplained emotions like fear, frighten, shiver etc.

One of the biggest mistake students usually do is to
skip their food before or during exam times. They think that eating will lead
to extra time and they can spend that time on revision. Lead a healthy lifestyle by in taking the right meal, so that you can avoid
exam pressure, blood pressure and correct sugar glucose level. Include fibre
content foods and avoid oily foods. Intake more amount of water during study
time that will keep your mind fresh and energetic.
Positive thinking
Try to have a positive attitude like you will win and avoid negative thoughts. If
you are getting into negative thoughts of failure, immediately replace that
feeling into positive thoughts. Because your positive attitude will always help
you to feel fresh and energetic.
